When the Chang Family and their beloved cat, Noodles, moved to Maryland, they left behind the family home. After being rented for several years, it became time to sell the property. The town home was listed “as is” and sat for nine months without a single offer (despite Austin’s very strong real estate market). We were hired to transform the town home and make it more appealing to buyers. John Toole handled every detail from creating budgets to putting on the final touches before showings. In six short weeks, the property was completely updated. The home received new lighting additions, a custom designer paint job, hardwood flooring, landscaping cleanup, minor repairs and staging (provided byBlanton Designs). The home sold in a few weeks and closed in under a month. Furthermore, we calculate additional earnings of approximately $10,000 as a direct result of the improvements. And THAT can buy a lot of catnip for Noodles!
The new wall colors contrast the carpeting and create a visually harmonious experience.
